Delphine is an amazing agent. I am incredibly pleased with her service. Very in touch and cares for customers. That makes a huge difference. Agency fees in comparison to other agencies are pretty reasonable. Signing system is very user friendly. Great experience overall.

Overall, the experience was quite easy, but when I initially came into contact with the agency it took a long time (up to five whole days) to get responses with any information. After a while I began receiving emails more frequently and the process became very easy and I booked a lovely apartment.
