The initial contact with Logis was good, but once I was waiting for the lease it would have been nice if Logis continued to update me. Instead, I had to continue to reach out to receive updates from them. Also, the phone line for Logis was often occupied.

Du point de vu du locataire, l'agence ne sert juste qu'à nous donner le numéro du propriétaire et les documents à singer. Néanmoins la rapidité est un des points forts !
J'ai appelé plusieurs fois et je suis tombée sur répondeur. A part cela, le contrat de location manque de certaines précisions. Cependant, ma conseillère a été réactive et aidante.

Long response time when contacted. Made empty promises about dates when some information will be provided. I had to speed up the process by constantly making sure they do their work. Not very professional behavior. But good and easy way to find a property in Paris.
