Hasta el momento todo bien, pero recomendaria que para internacionales proponer llamadas por skype o notificaciones por whatsapp. asi se siente mas confianza y cercania al realizar el contrato.
Staff was friendly, but responses to email were initially very slow.
Parfois un peu compliqué d'obtenir certaines informations... Sans doute également dû par l'urgence de notre situation mais je n'ai pas toujours été rappelé quand je l'ai demandé et pas mal d'informations ne me sont jamais arrivés malgré des relances.
基本的に回答をいただくのに時間がかかったように思います。 エリアを指定して物件を探していただくようお願いしていましたが、一度抑えたところは何度もこちらか連絡をし、結果申し込み後に値段が上がってしまったり、別の物件も遠かったりと結局、決めたアパートはこちらで探ししてピンポイントでここをお願いします、という形での契約となりました。 対応はいつもとても丁寧なのですが実際の物件探しに関しては今回に関しては不満が残りました。
replies were very slow, the internet links did not work well.
Lodgis is a good agency, it is the second time I have used them. Unfortunately the agent that took my request this time took far too long to help me and did not seem to understand my urgency.
IOn general it was good, however there qere some questions that were not answered and I was not given the possibility to visIt the appartment.

The agent was very nice however slow to respond. also, given that my landlord does not speak any english, I expected a little bit more support in the interaction with him.

Hi, I am happy with overall service by Lodgis. But sometimes I don't receive mail reply and still I m waiting for rent receipt for November month. Even though rent is paid within 5th of month.

Good communication throughout. Only complaint was requirement to purchase insurance (E30) which renting agent did not seem to require.
Si je n'évaluais que Monsieur Lofficial, la note serait 5: courtoisie, professionnalisme et sens du service. La note moyenne résulte d'un contact très désagréable avec une femme dont le niveau de français est passable, qui n'a aucun sens du service et qui raconte des bobards en prétendant donner des cours de Droit.
Our agent is nice, although sometimes we do not always get a reply. It would be nice to have an exact price break down of what we have to pay and have already paid. The agency also does not communicate much with our landlord.

L'agenzia si è dimostrata disponibile et attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Tuttavia è dovoroso sottolineare che durante l'état de lieu si sono constatati problemi importanti che l'agenzia e il relativo gestionario avrebbero dovuto risolvere prima dell'entrata nell'appartamento. In aggiunta per due settimane il cliente si è lamentato affinchè i suddetti ptoblemi venissero risolti e purtroppo alcuni di essi non sono ancora stati risolti.
Somewhat erratic at times .... Ocasional different personnel & it appeared that one person didn't know what the other was saying or doing at times .... Friendly and helpful despite all that
Efficiente ma senza contatto telefonico
Ho affittato 4 appartamenti in un anno. Le case hanno sempre corrisposto alle descrizioni e alle fotografie fornite nelle schede (tranne in un caso). Avrei però preferito vedere immediatamente la reale disponibilità degli appartamenti: spesso risultavano liberi nel calendario ma al momento di contattarVi venivo a sapere che c'erano già trattative in corso. Non è facile organizzare un soggiorno all'estero e questa operazione richiede davvero molto tempo. Consiglierei comunque questa agenzia!

Le service est correct mais pas optimum, il y a un manque d'accompagnement et de réel intérêt. L'accueil est bon mais il est parfois difficile de vous joindre, de plus l'absence d'agent immobilier lors des visites est quelque peu dérangeante. Les modalités de payement ne sont pas très pratiques( payement par carte bleu difficile en fin de mois) et le contrat peu détaillé.Étant donné que c'était ma première location de meublé je ne me suis pas sentie très bien accompagnée par l'agence. Bien quand on a l'habite de ce genre de transaction.
A nota 3 é pelo tempo de resposta e o esclarecimento de algumas dúvidas que ficaram pendentes ou demoraram para serem respondidas. Tirando isso, o atendimento seria perfeito.
Had a few communication issues and fees were too high
It took almost a week to get the agent who was assisting while my assigned agent was out of the office to respond to me. I had to move my trip as the delay took so long that I had to change my visa. And I had to call multiple times as my emails went unanswered but the agent who was assisting while my agent was away. Once my agent returned from holiday, she was fantastic and helpful, but I nearly rented from another agency while she was away.

A lot of apartments that are not available are still displayed on the website. Hope the consultants can double confirm the availability with the landlords in advance so that people don't need to spend too much time on searching the places which are actually not available. Anyway the consultant's service is good.
Solicité me informaran sobre el pago de mi alquiler y la garantía mediante mi tarjeta de crédito, pagué los honorarios de Lodgis, no me respondieron y la operación se concretó. Ahora no sé como debo actuar.
Did not manage to receive clear answer regarding building charges which at the end just look like hidden agency fees.

Fino alla firma del contratto non è chiara e ben espressa la commissione dell'agenzia. Troppe cose si scoprono all'ultimo, ci sono a mio parere dei margini di miglioramento.

C'est la quatrieme fois qu'on fait un location avec Lodgis, plusieur fois ils prends beaucoup de temps pour répondre et bloquer un appartement, mais en génerale tous les appartement enfin sont trés bien.
