時差や言葉が心配でしたが、田村さんが私と父に親切にアドバイスや提案をしてくれたので、初めてでしたが無事宿を抑えることができました。流石日本人ってくらい丁寧で親切です。 また今回とは違う機会に行く際はお願いさせて頂きます。

The service you all provide is excellent, available personally on call or email 24/7 to answer my question regarding apartment I may have.

É a terceira vez que alugo um apartamento em Paris através da LOdgis e estou muito satisfeita com o serviço prestado. É uma agência séria que responde rapidamente a reserva.

The contact with the agency was really great. Our contact person was really patient and helped us with every question very quickly.

Very efficient, friendly members of staff, always happy to answer all of my questions. I felt very confident going into the booking process as I had been informed fully as what to expect. I am really looking forward to my stay in the apartment and I am very happy to have found Lodgis. If I had any criticism it would be that very occasionally it seemed to take a while for my emails to be responded to and also the cost of agency fees and deposits etc is a lot higher than what I have previously experienced. However, this is the first time I have rented in France so this could be the norm in this case. Overall I am very happy with my experience so far. Thank you.

日本人スタッフの方に対応していただきました。ひとつひとつの質問にも丁寧に応えてくれました。レスポンスも早かったです。家主の方も丁寧で、いい意味で、自由にさせてくれました。チェックアウト時も、保証金をすぐに返却してくれました。私はさほど英語が出来ないので、チェックインがスムーズに行くかな？と少し不安でしたが、空港到着から家主とはショートメールでやりとりし、アパルトマンに着いてすぐに会えました。何も問題はなかったです。

スーパーやパン屋が近くにあり重宝しました。活気ある地区で、治安も良好でしたので深夜に帰る時も問題ありませんでした。studio内もきれいです。何よりもcentre pompidouまで5分かからないという立地が良かったです。

J'ai connu l'agence sur la plateforme interne de mon école de commerce et j'ai été très bien accueilli par Manuella qui s'est occupée de mon dossier de A à Z sans encombre! J'ai trouvé l'appartement qu'il me fallait !

As a nit-picker, I have to say that the agents are all really friendly and positive. Thanks for their help I am able to find a satisfying residence in Paris. However, I suggest that the sofa-bed and bed should also be included in the "FEATURES" since there are always people who don't like sofa-bed such as me.
