the contact was good and smooth, however my general impression is that only a person who wants to rent a flat is being screened, has to provide countless documents, prove that is trustworthy, however it doesn't seem applicable to tha landlord, who doesn't keep his word.

The agency is very professional and helpful. Wide range of apartments in Paris, and a good booking system.
