Great they worked with us to help us get in a little early. Very pleasant and accomidating... I would suggest ... it would be helpful to provide written instructions for washer/ dryer combo, dishwasher and where to dispose of trash (Should also be in English)

the contact with the agency went great and easy, cynthia was lovely and very helpful! but i have to say, i find the commission im paying for the agency is a bit high for one month.

I was kept abreast of every step during this transaction. I appreciated that! It could have been made a little more clear about the agency fees and the payment of the 1st month's rent and security deposit. Overall a good experience.

Bon contact, réactivité. Même si l'appartement correspond en tout point à mes attentes, j'aurais aimé pouvoir le visiter avant de signer le bail (location pour 6 mois). ça m'aurait éviter un petit coup de stress avant de récupérer les clés. Mais tout est bien qui finit bien :)

年末年始のパリ滞在、お気に入りの街に物件を借りることが出来き ました。友達2人での滞在、十分な広さ、洗濯ができ鍵も２つ借りられ、対応は速やかかつ親切でとても好印象でした。

Des agents très réactifs et professionnels. Toujours disponible pour répondre aux l'attentes de leurs clients. Mme Manuela FALLETTA m'a été d'une aide précieuse, elle répond rapidement aux questions et fournit des informations pertinentes, j'ai signé le bail en moins d'une semaine de recherche. Je la recommande vivement, ainsi que M. Stephane HEYDEN, toujours disponible et compréhensif. Je mettrai juste un bémol sur la fréquence de mise à jour du site, qui indique la disponibilité de certains appartements alors qu'ils ont déjà été loué, et sur le fait qu'il n'est nulle part indiqué que les frais de l'état des lieux sont à la charge du locataire.

The contact with the agency was good but the answers to my emails where not fast so I had to call them (from abroad) several times to get my answer instead of waiting a day or two for details I am concerned about.

The staff is really nice and helpful. It offers many solutions and the agency fee is affordable. Everything is done on time:contract, fees.

working with lodges has been quite easy! however, sometimes it took a little time for our questions to be responded to via email when we were considering different places. it also was sometimes unclear what was needed – such as what would suffice as proof of financial security. through emailing back and forth with manuela, who was very prompt and helpful, we figured this all out. however, perhaps that info could be made more clear from the beginning.

Fui muito bem atendido pela agente Walquíria. Contudo, sugeriria que as respostas aos e-mails pudessem ocorrer de maneira mais rápida para agilizar o processo de locação dos imóveis. Estou bastante feliz com o trabalho prestado pela Lodgis e certamente a indicarei a todos aqueles que recorrerem a mim para uma locação de imóvel em Paris e região.

J'aurai pu mettre 5 . mais l'échec des 2 premières réservations ayant échouées alors que les propriétaires, avaient donné dans un premier temps, leur accord sachant que le temps de réservation correspondaient à leur critère je pense que vous devez mieux vérifier la fiabilité de vos clients loueurs. Ceci justifie la note 4. Mr. EHAHOUN s'est rendu très disponible et efficace pour rattraper mes premières déconvenues .

Algunos problemas de comunicación, a pesar de manejar el mismo idioma. Falta de información, para quien desea alquilar por primera vez. Buena la descripción de la web.
