The first point of contact was unreachable and we received very late communication of date and time of check-in. However, our second point of contact (Mrs. Pascale) was much more helpful and professional.

Very hard to get hold of the dedicated agent, in my case Cecilia. Constantly sending emails and getting 2 day delayed responses, hard to get through on the phone line and when I eventually do and leave a message for a call back I never get one. Lodgis does have a good selection of apartment which is why I stuck with them and certainly not for the care and customer service
C'est ma deuxième location avec Lodgis. Cette seconde relation client s'est révélée être quasi catastrophique, en tous cas pleine d'incertitude, d'incompréhension, et donc particulièrement stressante.
Poor comunication
It took two weeks for a reply to my problems and I do not even know if they will be fixed during my tenancy in the apartment.
It took a day between each email just to hear a response even if I respond right after an email was sent to me.
You need to employ people that have a better command of English. I'm still trying to understand what you do for 730 Euros. Would I recommend the apartment? Yes, for 4 people and a warning about the lack of storage(see above) Yes, please publish my Name and comments on your website.

Le sens de l'écoute du client et du service est perfectible Un manque de réactivité dans la prise en compte des problèmes dans l'appartement (relance 10 jours après le premier signalement) Pas de fiabilité dans le traitement des problèmes relevés dans l'appartement (2 dates non respectées pour le remplacement du téléviseur,..)
The representative that contacted us helped us got the apartment in the end, but the communication was not excellent. I would ask 10 questions, and they would respond just one; which was very frustrating.
Be more professional.
