Notre recherche d'un studio meublé pour 6 mois s'est conclue très rapidement sans que nous ayons eu besoin de nous déplacer. Notre interlocutrice Lodgis était toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes nos interrogations. Nous l'en remercions et ne manquerons pas de retourner vers cette agence pour une recherche future. She is patient and nice but there is a minor mistake in making an overstated amount. Luckily I have discovered the mistakes and she has apologised about the mistakes and immediately corrected it. She is a trustful and responsible agent.

The agency and agent were available to answer any question, make the transaction easy and deal with any issues. This was my second time using Lodgis, and I would use them again on a return trip to Paris.

It was ok, but I had used a different agency before, also for a long-term assignment in Paris, and the service was definitely better and more customer oriented. With Lodgis you get all the contact and more until you sign the contract, but after that, you are left on your own more or less. As I said, it was ok, but the agency could do better to serve their clients also after contract signing.

Nicolas was very helpful all the time. Though sometimes he couldn't give me answer fast, I understand he is busy. He answered my every question and request. He kindly explained everything. I would like to proceed the contract again if I come back to paris and look for a house.

la relation avec votre Conseiller réservation est bonne. Ce qui cloche, c'est ce qui paraît sur votre site internet où il s'avère que plusieurs logements y figurent alors qu'ils ne sont plus disponibles, malgré ce qui est indiqué sur le site.

Trés trés bon contact avec l'ensemble du personnel qui répond dans les plus brefs délais aussi bien par telephone que par mail à toutes demandes.On à toujours un interlocuteur au bout du fil, ou une réponse par mail ( privilégié le contact par mail, au moins on à faire à la meme personne en charge de votre dossier ) )
