Le temps que j’ai passé dans cet appartement a été très agréable. Appartement très lumineux et accueillant dans un petit coin sympa et animé du quartier des Abbesses, avec toutes les commodités à moins de 5 minutes à pied (supermarché, laverie…). Le propriétaire a été très sympa et accueillant et veille en tout moment pour le bon déroulement du séjour.

メトロからの近さ、地区の賑わいと静かさ、家を出ればすぐに店が並び非常に気に入りました。18区なので多少治安の不安を持つ方もいらっしゃると思いますが、夜でも開いているレストランも多く人通りもあるので最低限の注意をしていれば問題なく楽しい滞在が出来ると思います！大家さんもとても親切で気さくな方なので、オススメの物件です！

Logement très agréable et lumineux, bien situé et très calme.

The Apartment was very clean and had all the essentials, it\'s in a great location and gets a lots of sunlight during the day. It\'s also very quiet, even though the area is quite busy, I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Paris.

Very nice studio with large windows, and everything functioning. Great neighbourhood, close to Sacrè-Coeur and pictoresque areas of Montmartre.

Everything about the apartment was as expected/as stated.

モンマルトルのピカソ達が集っていたアトリエ「洗濯船」の真ん前にあるアパルトマンです。サクレ・クール寺院へは徒歩２分くらい。観光地のど真ん中ですが、とても静かで緑も多く環境がいいです。部屋は南向きで日当たりも抜群。建物はかなり坂の上にあるので、窓からはパリの夜景も見えます。近くにスーパーや肉屋さん、魚屋さん、パン屋さん、おかず屋さんもあり、またパリらしい小物や服のショップもあります。部屋は白木のフローリングで、リノベーションされたばかりでとてもきれいで、清潔です。理想的な部屋です。 I stayed this appartement for 6 weeks. I spent a splendid time there!! The appartement locates on the middle of Montmartre Hill. In front of the appartement, you can see the famous atlier \"Bateau Lavoir\" where Picasso and other artists gathered in the belle eopque. From the appartement to Sacrecoer Temple, it takes only two or three minuites by foot. What surprised me most was that, although located in the center of a famous touristic area, the surroundings were very calm and tranquil. The room was just renovated. With new furniture and new wooden floor, it was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The window opens to south, so you can enjoy sunshine very well. In the neighbourhood, there are supermaekets, greengroceries, delicatessens, liquarshops, boulangers, etc, etc..., so you can get almost all what you want in Paris!! I recommend you this appartement strongly!!
