Very clean, well equipped and quiet (except occasionally when it's school break-time!). This apartment has everything you would need for both a short and longer stay and is brilliantly located within walking distance of fantastic parts of Paris and close to 2 metro stations. The communal areas of the apartment building are also clean and well looked after and the new lift is excellent.

The apartment was just as described and the owner was very good at communicating. I made sure to give her the details of my travel and I was met at the apartment with the keys then my deposit was returned promptly. The wi-fi was fast and good. The washer saved us a lot of money. The appliances are also perfect and were much appreciated. I may visit Paris the year after next and if this apartment has not been snatched up I will stay there again.
