Klara has been very prompt and polite. It's my first experience renting in Paris and she has helped with all of my questions. Lodgis website is also easy to use, and I like the review section from past users. More consistency in the quality of pictures across different accommodations, more virtual tours, and more images of the building from the outside would be great.

Lodgis responded promptly during weekdays, but no one is available on Sundays to facilitate issues that arise, such as our difficulty contacting the landlord on move-in day (he was two hours late).

Le traitement de notre dossier a été traité avec beaucoup de rapidité. Un seul bémol, nous n'avons pas eu d'information préalable pour visiter le logement.

Relation quasi uniquement en par échange de mail, difficile de les avoir au téléphone. Mise à part cela, rien à signaler

Diane was very responsive and came back within 24 hours every time to let me know what apartment was available. I wish the website was up to date so that there wouldn’t be so much back and forth. Overall I recommend it.
