Muy buena. En el momento de formalizar el alquiler, me llamaron por teléfono para responder mis preguntas y me dijeron que para cualquier cosa los llamase.

Tout c\'est très bien passé avec l\'agence, le processus était clair et fluide. En plus , pas de message inutile, pas de SMS au milieu de la nuit.

Elle fut normale et conforme aux clauses contractuelles.

適格に手配下さり満足しております。日本語で対応頂けたので非常に助かりました。住宅保険の手配の仕方が、こちらも慣れないもので、少し手間取りましたので1ポイント減点させて頂きました。（保険の手配が完了していたのに、こちらには手配完了のconfirmationが保険会社から届かなかったが、LODGISさんには届いていた。）

Grande efficacité et amabilité, il est facile de contacter l\'agence, le suivi est parfait (nous avons eu affaire à Manuela qui répondait à nos demandes, par mail ou téléphone, en temps réel). Le premier appartement retenu n\'était pas libre, l\'agence nous a proposé tout de suite un nouveau choix. Vraiment impressionnant.
