My third time with Lodgis. As usual, a first-class service provided by the excellent advisor Joel Peixoto.

Dans l ensemble, tres bien. Mais c est dommage que je n ai pas eu de reponses a mes questions quand j ai juste "pose une question" sur le site. 2 fois, sans reponse. Je n ai eu de reponse que quand j ai dit "vouloir faire une reservation".

Solicité me informaran sobre el pago de mi alquiler y la garantía mediante mi tarjeta de crédito, pagué los honorarios de Lodgis, no me respondieron y la operación se concretó. Ahora no sé como debo actuar.

Fino alla firma del contratto non è chiara e ben espressa la commissione dell'agenzia. Troppe cose si scoprono all'ultimo, ci sono a mio parere dei margini di miglioramento.

Initial apartment was suddenly not available on the requested start date and I was not informed of this till after the fact during the conversation with agent when I wanted to confirm the rental and as a result I had to rent in another area. I am happy with the service but it was not a good start.

A parte 10 minuti di ritardo nell'accoglierci, la signorina Helene è stataveramente gentile: ci ha spiegato tutto molto bene, ha risposto con cortesia alle nostre domande e ne ha prevenute molte. Analogamente per la signorina che ha effettuato il controllo finale.
