My first experience with Lodgis was not good. The advisor would take several days to reply, and ended up ignoring me. The second time I tried using Lodgis (a month later), I was assigned a different advisor and the whole process was quick and efficient. Everything done online, and my advisor Chiara was super helpful.

Even though sometimes it is quite difficult to communicate, above all the agency has always been at our disposal to clarify our doubts. Another thing is that you always have to wait for the contract to be sure that the premises are respected.
