L\'agence a traité avec célérité ma demande. Très bon accueil et très bons contacts tout au long du traitement du dossier. Si j\'avais été quelque peu déçu par une précédente location, cette fois j\'ai été plus que satisfait et l\'appartement correspond exactement à ce que je pouvais attendre des offres proposées sur le site et je continuerai à faire appel à eux pour mes prochains séjours, à l\'automne ou en 2012.

Mr. Alexandre Koreiba, the agency officer, was very helpful, friendly and patient in his replying to my questions, sometimes sensless and redundunt, as I have to acknowledge this now. His Russian is irreproachable. I\'m very grateful to him. The only remark: my first attempt to contact to LODGIS via the recommended agency e-mail had no response and only the contact through the on-line form of the site was successful. Probably, something should be corrected.
