Lodgisへの申し込み、契約、支払い等の流れはいたってスムーズでした。家主への前金の支払い、保険契約はこちらで直接やる必要があるなど、ホテルを利用するよりは手続きが煩雑で、最初は不安がありましたが何とかなりました。家主への支払いには銀行から海外送金しましたが、Paypalなどの利用も可能です。

El apatamento es precioso,muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones,muy centrico, con todos los servicios necesarios de supermercado,lavanderia,metro muy cerca.Tal como se muestra en las fotos, sin sorpresas;con suficiente espacio para dos personas y en nuestro caso para un perro mediano, está completamente equipado La dueña del piso es una señora muy agradable y muy atenta y en lo que se refiere a la agencia de alquiler nos encontraron apartamento bastante rapido y la señorita que nos atendio Mme Taillardat muy gentil, habla español: Por ultimo decir que qnte cuqlquier problema, la señora que se encuentra en la porteria, Dina, muy atenta y muy amable y tambien habla varios idiomas.
