It took two weeks for a reply to my problems and I do not even know if they will be fixed during my tenancy in the apartment.

They can be slow at responding but they always reply to my emails and questions which I love and do their best to help. They also have an impressive portfolio of apartments to choose from with great prices which is important as Paris can be very expensive.
