Florence has been professional, diligent and attentive. I can’t praise her enough. However, the fact that the 1st flat I choose was actually not available made the process frustrating and time consuming. Apartments that are not available should not be on the site.

Mister Dipouma has been very quick to respond and clear. Some costs could have been mentioned earlier (additional monthly charges for energy consumption, not included in the normal monthly charges). Very smooth process with the digital signatures and online payment, and the agency fees feel reasonable compared to some of your competitors.
