Klara has been very prompt and polite. It's my first experience renting in Paris and she has helped with all of my questions. Lodgis website is also easy to use, and I like the review section from past users. More consistency in the quality of pictures across different accommodations, more virtual tours, and more images of the building from the outside would be great.

Bien que dans une période compliquée, le service d'un conseiller à un autre varie beaucoup. Poser des questions restées la moitié du temps ignorées et sans réponse malgré relance n'est pas ce à quoi Lodgis m'avait habitué à ma précédente location. Merci tout de même à Mme Brandao-Brault qui a repris mon dossier avec une relative efficacité et proposé une sélection d'appartement, au contraire de prédécesseurs m'ayant laissé chercher seule.

Lodgis responded promptly during weekdays, but no one is available on Sundays to facilitate issues that arise, such as our difficulty contacting the landlord on move-in day (he was two hours late).

El proceso fue lento y estresante. Estuve 1 mes 1/2 para poder arrendar un studio. Perdí varias opciones porque las respuestas tardaban en llegar y al final tuve que arrendar lo que quedaba. Aún así lo recomendaría, porque en comparación con otras páginas, los apartamentos y studios tienen un buen precio.
