The present terms and conditions of use (hereafter called “the T&C’s”) aim to define the conditions of use of the website particularly the address www.lodgis.com (hereafter called “the Website”) that the company Lodgis SAS (hereafter called “the Company”) provides for Internet users (hereafter known as “the Users”).

2.4 DISAGREEMENT REGULATIONS CONCERNING DATA PROCESSING
