Arriving at the property and collecting the keys

The keys to the property will be given to you when you arrive at the property, at the meeting time arranged with the landlord or his/her agent. This is usually between 4 pm and 8 pm. We recommend that you inform the owner of your estimated time of arrival as far as possible in advance. Please note that, for an additional fee, some owners accept late arrivals or arrivals on Sundays or bank holidays. Arriving at the rental property:

• You must show your insurance certificate to the landlord
• You will inspect the property with the landlord, and then sign the report and inventory
• The landlord will hand over the keys and tell you everything you need to know about the property
