What is the deposit and why pay it before the rental begins?

The deposit is a sum paid to the rental agency once all parties have signed the lease. It is deducted from the first rental payment.

Generally, the deposit is determined by the following:

• 30% of the total rent for stays less than 3 months
• 1 month’s rent for stays of 3 months or more

We accept the following payment methods for the deposit:

• Bank card (CB, Visa and Mastercard)
• Bank transfer (the sender is responsible for any associated charges)
