On the day of departure, the landlord or his/her agent will arrive at a mutually agreed time, usually between 8 am and noon.
We recommend that you inform the landlord of your estimated time of departure as far as possible in advance.
Please note that, for an additional fee, some owners accept late departures or departures on Sundays or bank holidays. To find out, see the detailed property description on our website or ask your Lodgis advisor.
Before vacating the property, you must do an inspection with the landlord and sign the inspection report and inventory.
Unless agreed otherwise, you must clean the property before leaving and all linen must be washed and ironed. If the property requires further cleaning, you will be billed €35 per hour (inc. tax.).
